We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. The App is currently offered as a free beta; features may change, break, or be removed.
If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Any future in-app purchases will be handled through the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms. We will describe what a purchase unlocks at the point of sale.
ArchRavels, its artwork, characters, and game design are owned by XYZ Game Labs and its contributors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYZ Game Labs is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms or discontinue the App at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
