Digital Edition← Back to the GameXYZ Game Labs ("we," "us," "our") makes ArchRavels Digital (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how. We aim to collect as little as possible.
Account & sign-in. If you choose to sign in (with Google, Apple, or an email magic link), our authentication provider receives your email address and a unique account identifier so we can save your progress. You can use most of the App as a guest without signing in.
Game progress. If signed in, we store your gameplay data — such as match results, achievements, and unlocked content — so it syncs across your devices.
Email list (optional). If you submit your email to our updates list, we use it only to send news about ArchRavels Digital. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Diagnostics. The App and its hosting may process basic technical data (such as device type or error logs) to keep the App working. We do not use this to identify you personally.
We rely on trusted providers to run the App, including authentication and database hosting (Supabase), web hosting (GitHub Pages), email (Mailchimp), and privacy-friendly usage analytics (GoatCounter, which does not use cookies or track you across sites). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
You can play as a guest, sign out at any time, unsubscribe from emails, or ask us to delete your account data by emailing info@xyzgamelabs.com.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. To request deletion, email info@xyzgamelabs.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account."
What we delete: your account record, email address, and cloud-saved game progress. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We keep no personal data after deletion, other than records we are legally required to retain.
We may update this policy as the App grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
